AKKENT Collective Dwelling Project, which will be developed on the lands owned by Ünal Akpýnar A.Þ., which are open for improvement, has an investment cost of 156.250.502 US$ and all 5 groups will be constructed with the equities of AKPINAR GROUP. In parallel with the collective dwelling construction, a shopping center will be constructed on the land belonging to our firm.

The project is located in Yuva Konut region on Ankara belt highway, adjacent to Kardelen Quarter.

Within the scope of the project, which is at walking distance to the subway stop, a total of 1.263 dwellings will be constructed on an area of 149.645 m². 529 of the dwellings, which are designed to have 11 - 13 floors shall be of 3+1 type and 128 m², and 734 of them shall be of 4+1 type with a gross area of 150 m². The dwellings shall be constructed with superior engineering technology and shall be earthquake - resistant and in compliance with the earthquake regulation as the result of the ground studies and drilling studies, on radial base and using tunnel mold system.
